Role Summary
The Talent Acquisition Associate will play a pivotal role in driving the recruitment strategy for the
organization. You would be closely working with leadership team and other senior stakeholders to
ensure that open headcount requisitions are closed in a timely manner.
Mandatory Skill Sets/Expertise
▪ 2-3 years of experience in the Talent Acquisition function as a recruiter involved in sourcing
candidates from diverse channels
▪ Extensive experience with sourcing techniques (Boolean searches, X-ray searches, etc.) and a
deep understanding of social media recruitment strategies
▪ Proficiency with social media, CV databases and communication skills,
Should have experience in both IT and Non IT
▪ Go-getter attitude with the superlative sense of accountability and ownership
▪ Demonstrated ability to work with multiple cross functional stakeholders
▪ Ability to track, analyze, and use recruitment metrics to drive decisions and optimize
recruitment strategies
▪ Excellent analytical skills
▪ Excellent working knowledge on MS Office Suite
▪ Business understanding, customer centricity, learning agility and problem-solving skills
