Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Intern role based at Kling Brewery in Bengaluru. The intern will support daily operations at the brewery, including assisting with guest service, helping set up and tear down events, and maintaining a clean and organized environment in customer-facing areas. Responsibilities may include supporting marketing activities, such as gathering social media content, assisting with promotional materials, and engaging with guests to understand their experiences. The intern will collaborate with brewery staff to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning, learn about craft beer production and service standards, and contribute to the overall atmosphere of celebration and community.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage respectfully and professionally with guests and team members.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to support event setup, daily operations, and multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in hospitality, food and beverage, or craft beer, with a willingness to learn and adapt to operational needs.
• Basic familiarity with social media platforms and comfort assisting with simple marketing or content-related tasks.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a collaborative attitude, with openness to working evenings, weekends, and event hours as needed.
• Current student or recent graduate in hospitality, business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
