We are looking for Group CFO, for a Large Indian Listed Company on both BSE and NSE, with strong US-based blue-chip institutional investors and EBITDA in the range of USD 100 Million.
This is a Board-facing CFO role, reporting directly to the CEO, with full ownership of financial leadership, capital markets credibility, and regulatory governance.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide finance strategy across manufacturing operations
- Own EBITDA performance, capital allocation, and working capital discipline
- Drive investor relations, institutional investor engagement, and market credibility
- Manage SEBI, MCA, Ind-AS, IFRS compliance and governance
🔹 Ideal Candidate Profile
- Current or immediate past CFO / Deputy CFO / Group CFO
- From a listed manufacturing organization (BSE/NSE mandatory)
- Strong exposure to:
- Capital markets & institutional investors
- Board & Audit Committee interactions
- Regulatory frameworks (SEBI, MCA, Ind-AS, IFRS)
- Proven ownership of large-scale P&L and EBITDA
- Hands-on, grounded leadership style

- CTC: ₹1.5 – ₹1.6 Cr (₹90L fixed + variable)
