Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate must have experience in digital marketing strategies and tools, with a focus on driving traffic, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a blend of analytical skills and creative thinking to develop effective marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
THIS IS AN IN-PERSON MONDAY - FRIDAY ROLE
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Create and optimize ads on platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other social media networks.
- Support email marketing campaigns, including content creation, list segmentation, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce marketing materials, social media content, and promotional assets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive insights.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Manage website content updates and assist with SEO strategy to increase visibility and engagement.
- Coordinate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Assist in planning and executing events, partnerships, and other brand-building initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a digital or integrated marketing role.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of SEO, email marketing platforms, and CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
