Agape Network

Agape Network is a non-profit organization based in Miami-Dade County, Florida, founded in 1983 by Rev. Dr. Jose E. Hernandez. It operates as a nationally accredited healthcare system dedicated to restoring individuals and families to psychological, social, physical, and spiritual health through holistic, integrated care. Agape Network serves approximately 1,500 clients monthly across various service sites, including a community health center and multiple locations throughout the county. The organization provides a comprehensive range of healthcare services, including residential and outpatient programs for substance abuse and mental health treatment, primary care, nutritional guidance, and community support initiatives. Agape Network emphasizes a patient-centered approach, focusing on the unique needs of each individual, particularly those facing complex behavioral and physical health challenges.
